Volunteers Needed for 11/21 and 11/28

Thanks to the over 100 of you great volunteers that offered to fill positions for 11/14/09 to assist in the H1N1 Vaccine Clinics for Clark County.   

Vaccine Clinic positions are currently being filled for Saturday, 11/21/09 and Saturday, 11/28/09.  This assignment requires 80 (160 total) general support volunteers and 30 (60 total) nurses for each shift.

Shift A is for 9:00 am to 2:45 pm
Shift B is for 2:30 pm to 8:00 pm

If you have applied previously for emergency volunteer work, email your shift preference (Shift A or Shift B) and your assigned Emergency Worker number to ecc.logistics@clark.wa.gov or fax them to 360.694.8802.

If you have not applied previously, submit shift preference, your Emergency Worker Application and Background Check Authorization forms to ecc.logistics@clark.wa.gov or fax them to 360.694.8802.

Your application will be processed in the order they are received.
